60 year old female with epidermoid cyst

A 60 year old female ,resident of nalgonda district farmer by occupation came to our hospital with cheif complaints of Mass over perianal region since 6 months 

HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS:

Patient was apparently normal 6 months back, then she had a small swelling of size 1×1 cm on lower the back which slowly progressed to present size of 3×3cm.

Not associated with pain and fever.

 PAST HISTORY:

Not H/O similar complaints in the past

Not a k/c/o DM,HTN, asthma, CAD,Epilepsy 

PERSONAL HISTORY:

Married 

Appetite- Normal 

Diet- Mixed

Bowel and bladder- Regular 

Micturition - Normal

Allergies- No

No habits

FAMILY HISTORY:

No similar complaints are seen in any family member 

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION:

patient is conscious,coherent, cooperative 

No Pallor, No icterus, No cyanosis, No lymphadenopathy

Temperature:- Afebrile

Pulse rate :- 80/min.

Respiration rate :12/min.

BP:-130/80

Spo2:-99%
